Peacocks are very interesting and unique with their beautiful displays of color. My goal with this design was to combine my expressive love for color with this concept, and the result is quite fun! I encourage you to dive into your yarn stash and play with different materials a bit! Discover your expressive nature with this fun pattern.

This pattern is a great way to challenge yourself with different uses of textures/colors. This is a fun stash buster project to get more acquainted with those different art yarns that are often intimidating to use in projects.

PLEASE NOTE:

The original Peacock top in the example photos has a wide variety of materials incorporated into it, including eyelash, hand-dyed yarn, sock yarn, and various acrylics and cottons. The pattern starts with the peacock motif and as you begin building the rounds it can be made into a wearable garment.

This project uses a 6.5 mm (H) hook and worsted weight yarn.
