There are specific instructions for making the motif for smaller bust sizes and additional instructions on how to make the motif bigger to accommodate the larger sizes.
You can get creative using variegated yarn or solid colors, the recommended yarn is Circulo “Whoopee” Circulo makes very high quality Brazilian cotton yarn and it works up great for this design.
You also get incredible yardage in one “cake” approx. 578 yards (7 oz) which is enough yarn to make the top in size XS-4XL
I have tried working with other yarns (see my example photos) the beige/cream variegated yarn shown in the cover photo is Camilla Batik mercerized cotton yarn by Madame tricote paris and it happens to comes in some lovely color ways. It’s a 4ply sport weight yarn.
